BIKE BOX HIRE

**Bike Box Hire currently only available for exisiting customers**

We have a fleet of  hard case bike boxes available for hire, either a standard bike box, or the Bike Box Alan Easyfit

Standard Bike Box - BONZA Bike Box suitable for Road, TT or MTB.   Requires removal of Wheels, Pedals, Bars, Seatpost, and rear mech on larger frames. 

Bike Box Alan Easyfit - Just remove Pedals and Wheels on most bikes.
(Large TT Bikes with a high stack may need rear mech removing or exensions removing)

Standard Bike Box - £50 per week / £5 per additional day / £100 Deposit
BBA Easyfit - £80 per week / £10 per additional day / £200 Deposit

Bookings will be held with a 50% deposit (non-refundable)  
The hire balance is then due on collection alongside the deposit

BIKEBOX HIRE CONDITIONS

We strongly advise that you have travel insurance in place that covers the bikebox to its full replacement value. 

All hires are subject to the below Hire Agreement

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Once paid you will receive confirmation and at this stage the booking is confirmed. At this stage you are entering into a legal contract with us and confirming that you accept the following:

1 You will pay the balance of the hire fee and damage deposit as stated on the confirmation upon collection of the equipment.

2 All of The equipment will be returned to us in the Condition as stated on confirmation by the end of the period of hire.

 

3 We will return the damage deposit in full if all of the equipment is returned to us in the condition as stated on this hire agreement by the end of the period of hire.
 

4 If any of The equipment is not returned to us by the end of the period of hire you agree to pay a £20 late return fee plus the continued hire of the equipment at our published hire rates until the equipment is returned to us.
 

6 If any of the equipment is not returned to us within 7 days of the end of the period of hire you agree to pay the full cost of replacement within 14 days of the end of the period of hire.
 

7 If loss or damage occurs to any of the equipment between collection by you and when the equipment is returned to us, you agree to pay the full cost of replacement or repair of any lost or damaged items within 14 days of the end of the period of hire.
 

8 We reserve the right to keep the damage deposit if any of the terms & conditions of this hire agreement are broken.
